Exploring The Village at Tuxedo Reserve: A New Destination for Shopping, Dining, and Residential Living

I recently toured The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, the exciting new downtown and mixed-use section of the Tuxedo Reserve development. I’m pictured here in the heart of the Village, where new commercial spaces are taking shape alongside a central green and common area and the distinctive Barn Market & Snack Bar. I’m also pictured inside one of the beautiful new luxury rental apartments, offering a firsthand look at the quality and design of these residences.

Commercial Opportunities: If you’re seeking high-quality commercial space in a thoughtfully planned new community, I’d welcome the opportunity to help you explore what’s available. The Village is designed to become a destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and community gatherings.

Luxury Residential Rentals: There’s more! Above the commercial spaces is a collection of beautifully designed apartment residences, offering one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-plus-den floor plans. These apartments feature flexible, open-concept layouts, high ceilings, abundant natural light, contemporary yet classic finishes, and upscale fixtures and appliances. Select residences also offer private balconies.

Tuxedo Reserve residents will also enjoy an impressive collection of recreational and social amenities, including indoor squash and basketball courts, game rooms, and additional spaces for fitness, recreation, and gathering. These amenities add another dimension to the Village lifestyle, bringing together the convenience of apartment living with the benefits of a thoughtfully planned residential community.

If you’re considering a luxury rental in Tuxedo Reserve, I’d be delighted to assist.

Related Companies appears to be creating something more than a traditional residential development. The vision for The Village at Tuxedo Reserve is to establish a destination that serves not only residents of the development, but also the surrounding communities within a 15- to 30-minute drive, as well as visitors and travelers exploring New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley.

Located between Harriman State Park and Sterling Forest State Park, The Village embraces what the developer describes as a “town-in-country lifestyle.” From seasonal ice skating and outdoor concerts to shopping, dining, and year-round community events, the vision is both ambitious and appealing.

My understanding is that a central goal is to attract local brands, independent purveyors, restaurateurs, and shopkeepers who will give The Village an authentic sense of place.

Keep it local, keep it authentic, and make it worthy of Tuxedo. That’s a vision I can appreciate as a lifelong resident of Tuxedo.

Equally important will be the connectivity between Tuxedo Reserve and Tuxedo’s existing hamlet. Creating strong connections between the new development and the established community will benefit all of Tuxedo. Plans include a jitney service into the hamlet, and I am hopeful that pedestrian footpaths will also be established to provide convenient access between the two. Thoughtful integration will help ensure that Tuxedo Reserve complements and contributes to the vitality of the broader Tuxedo community.

While I am not an official representative of Tuxedo Reserve, I am an Associate Real Estate Broker and can independently represent prospective residential tenants, commercial tenants, and buyers interested in exploring opportunities within the development.
